Coach Ron Williams was born and raised in the Seattle area.  He played football for Kent Junior High School. He is an incredibly dedicated coach and father and has a son that plays football and two wonderful daughters that are cheerleaders. As a coach, he has a no-nonsense approach to developing the skills and abilities of each child.  He is invested in seeing that each player gets the most they can out of each practice and game. He is exceptionally dependable, which means that not only is he always there for the players he directly coaches, he is there for the entire franchise.  You will always catch him pitching in to help the other teams, whenever and wherever needed.  You will even see him in the stands, taking video of all the other teams that are playing while he has a break from coaching his own team.  The Pacific Highway Chargers is fortunate to have Coach William’s example of loyalty and leadership.

Anyone who knows Coach Don Wallace, knows he is unquestionably devoted to giving back to his community by coaching youth sports.  Even though he is busy being a single dad to his beautiful four year old daughter, he was able to make his dream come true in 2013, of starting his own youth football franchise.  He continues to devote many hours to coordinating and researching new opportunities that will build on his vision to provide a youth football and cheer organization for kids of all backgrounds and skill levels.  He strives to create an atmosphere of competitiveness, while instilling the importance of fairness and sportsmanship.  He continues to seek out coaches, staff and volunteers that have the same passion for fostering partnerships in the community that will provide safe, fun, and positive outlets for children.  He knows through overcoming hardships and adversity, kids can learn to be proud of themselves and their accomplishments.
